How the training works

The training will be held online via Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp.

Contact hours

There will be 50 contact hours in total. The hours will be separated into 5 daily contact hours for 5 days (total 25 hours) and another 25 non-contact hours.

Course information

Pranayama and breath training are not just a physical practice. Through breathing, you can start to work with your mind and subconscious and realize your “true nature”. Learn to use the breath as a tool to awaken your full potential. In this online program, you will learn the techniques to work with the subtler levels of the self and learn to tap into a higher state of being.


Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique - such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity - to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.


Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of the prana, or vital life force. Here, read up on pranayama exercises and poses breathing techniques, and sequences. Various pranayama and guided meditation will be covered in this program. Few pranayamas as below and many more types of pranayama in the syllabus will be covered:
