She is fully aware of the therapeutic aspects of yoga and meditation, her yoga practice combines asana or pranayama to ensure proper body functioning and sadhana or meditative practices for spiritual elevation. She started teaching yoga with Vinyasa style and was swiftly inspired to combine it with Hatha yoga to ensure optimum results. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500/YACEP) with Yoga Alliance.

During this training, two vegetarian meals are included in the package. In case you wish to add lunch to the package, kindly inform Nirvana Yoga and Meditation on arrival. The cost for lunch is 5 USD per day or Inr Rs300/-.
