Hug a horse, take a stroll by the lake with the ranch dogs, or just sit in the shade and take deep breaths. This Night Bird Ranch yoga retreat includes four classes, four meals, and free time to shop in the nearby charming town of Round Top. Peace, loving acceptance, and laughter await, come join them for a weekend you'll remember with joy!
Nestled within 2,000 acres of cattle ranches is the 70-acre homestead of Night Bird Ranch. The bunkhouse offers five guest rooms, each with a private entry and bathroom, shaded front porch, and beautiful views. Each room also has a private bathroom and shower.
During your stay, feel free to visit the three-acre lake with dock and the hiking trails that surround it. Bring your fishing gear if you'd like to drop a line in the water. We have catfish and bass in the lake. Night Bird Ranch is in the heart of bluebonnet country, where the blacktop ends and the adventure begins.
The five guests rooms each sleep two to three guests and are tastefully decorated. Each room includes a private bathroom and private entrance.
This weekend, we will focus our energy and practice on grounding down and connecting to the earth. Feeling grounded helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and nervousness. It gives us a sense of being connected to something larger than ourselves and reminds us that we are not alone.
Each yoga practice will be a vinyasa-flow class open to all levels and will have a different focus to help us feel the connection to the earth. One of the best ways to feel grounded is to walk and sit with nature; there will be plenty of free time to roam about the ranch and get lost in the beauty of our world! Our last activity will be about creating and giving back by planting something beautiful for future retreat visitors to enjoy!
