"A tranquil healing space "

The New Life is an unique mindfulness healing space where people can come together to support one another. I came to the place for its accommodation and the pool, which are excellent, and participated in the yoga, meditation, workshops and evening discussion which were very helpful to my own development. It is situated in a beautiful rural area and the center arranges scheduled transportation to Chiang rai which is 30 minutes away. The on-site kitchen does miracle everyday and turning out some of the most delicious vegetarian foods three times a time.

It is a place I would like to return for an extended period of time as there are a lot to take in even for a 8 day stay.

"Life changing"

The community’s ethic and values implanted in the retreat touched my heart deeply, giving me a mind blowing experience that I will always carry around. The people, the setting, the food, the accommodation, the workshops and different activities made my staying in Thailand a blissful experience.

"One week to new life in guest"

"A wonderful experience"

I went to New Life looking for some space, yoga and meditation. I found those, and more: I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt a part of this community of inspiring individuals, willing to be open and vulnerable with each other, have deep conversations and support each other (and also have a laugh at karaoke or movie night).

The yoga and meditation were excellent, with really inspiring teachers. The many workshops were really helpful and interesting. The food was plentiful and delicious. The setting was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Being accompanied by the rising sun in our morning yoga practice was my highlight, with many close runner-ups.

As a guest I didn’t get to do life coaching but I had plenty food for thought just with the regular activities. Having said that, the coaches were all wonderful and inspiring people and I will plan to go back as resident at some point...

"A Perfect place after Rehabilitation"

No.1 - The intention of the founders to serve the people with drug/alcohol addiction to renew thier lives. No.2- The efficiency of Ms. Astrid in running the organisation. No.3 - The excellent works by Ms. Karen in handling the kitchen and food preparation. No.4 - impressive performance by the volunteers especially Mr. Joey the great - the all-rounder.

"An unexpected pleasure being part of a community of trust and friendship"

Very welcoming and interesting place where one can take time for oneself or become engaged with those who are also passing through or staying longer. A deep commitment from staff and mindfulness as the center of life and interaction.
