UK Meditation and Yoga Holiday

Enjoy three nights at a campsite by the sea in Croyde, Devon, do yoga and meditation classes over the weekend. Endless surfing, campfires, optional lessons, SUP, coastal walks, chilling, beach time, making new friends, and lots more! You will be doing morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions outdoors (or in the village hall). You will stay three nights at a campsite by the sea in Croyde, Devon. The campsite is at Freshwell Camping, right next to the beach. It has showers, toilets, drinking water, etc. You need to bring your own tent to camp together as there are no set pitches when booking you have to camp on.


Yoga combined with surfing in the ocean will energize, revitalize, and relax you (and will be lots of fun!). Neo Spirit Yoga believes the ocean is one of nature's great healers, it has amazing energy. It is proven that the negative ions near the ocean make you happier. Connecting with nature and the ocean, combined with yoga and meditation will be a refreshing, healing, fun experience. They love yoga and surfing so they want to give you the opportunity to experience these wonderful things too!

The aim of this retreat is for you to be healed, restored, relaxed, and rejuvenated. They will try to help you come back to yourself, remember who you are, love yourself, and feel grounded and present. By clearing blockages, rebalancing your mind, body, and spirit, they believe you will feel happier, more focused in your life, and ready to face any challenge.

Day 4: Monday

The yoga classes are for beginners and intermediate yogis, Neo Spirit Yoga can vary the postures to suit all abilities. The style is fun and creative, yet focused and still challenging. The morning Hatha flows can be dynamic and also has many influences from various disciplines and teachers.

Yoga stretches strengthen, tone, help to align, and improve the health of the entire body. The varied mix of guided meditations will help you in different areas of your life and help you calm the mind and bring you into the present. They will teach a more dynamic flow in the mornings and a more restorative class/Yin class in the evenings, depending on people's energy levels and mood.

The holiday will take place in Croyde, Devon, England, United Kingdom.


All meals are at your own expense. There is breakfast and coffee to buy nearby and on-site in the mornings. There are many cafes and restaurants and a small supermarket very close by or you can bring your own food. Neo Spirit Yoga can do bring-your-own beach picnics, barbecue, restaurant bookings, etc.

There is a barbecue night at Freshwell on Friday evenings for 6 to 8 GBP, around a fire with cozy comfortable sheltered seating. There is also a lovely Sri Lankan curry van onsite, Hippy Happy Hoppers, where you can buy breakfast. Neo Spirit Yoga can also have its own fire pit and barbecue at the campsite.

Arrival by train, bus, and taxi

You can get a train to Barnstaple and either get a taxi to Croyde, there are often taxis outside or ring a local taxi like A1 taxis. There are also buses to Croyde.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
