Spend a week in bohemian luxury while exploring beaches, temples, and jungle during this retreat filled with inspiring yoga, meditation, and fresh organic food. This retreat is set in Tulum, Mexico, a truly magical place where jungle meets beach. Tap into Tulum's healing vibe and reconnect to your inner self. During this retreat, you will be staying at bohemian chic glamping hotel, situated in the organic oasis in Tulum town, only a short walk away from the many little restaurants and shops. The accommodation offers you the choice of beautiful light en-suite rooms or spacious luxury glamping tents. Bicycles are included in your stay, allowing you to easily get to the beach or any other nearby sight, or you can choose to stay and enjoy the pool with a good book.
The deluxe room is designed and decorated in minimal vintage whites, which provide a fresh and clean atmosphere. It has a shared terrace, walk in closet, and the bathroom has a skylight.
Each of the 16 square meters waterproof glamping tents is different and decorated in its own unique style and theme. They are equipped with a queen size bed, fan, solid flooring, and locks.
Located on the first floor of the main house, the junior suite has a lot of light and many windows with pool view. It is designed with only curved edges in order to get the energy flowing in the room.
The master suite is decorated without any sharp angles, only curves, so that the energy flows better in the room. Minimal whites, driftwood on the walls, and vintage details give this look a clean and fresh feel.
The Toscana room is a bright, sunny room. It offers ample space with minimal Mediterranean decor and wooden beams on the ceiling. It has air-conditioning and private bathroom.
During this retreat, you will be guided through morning meditation and yoga classes on the garden pool deck. You will start the day with yoga asana and pranayama (yogic breathing) class. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or blossoming into your practice, you will learn to move with awareness, strength, and balance.
Your two daily yoga asana classes will be catered to your specific body needs with focus on strengthening and calming body and mind, and reconnecting to your inner happiness.
Below is a general itinerary on how your days will look like. The itinerary is a subject to change. You will be given a weekly schedule upon arrival.

Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Yoga)
Andrea Clark is a registered yoga teacher who has plenty experience acquired during exotic retreats around the world about raw detoxes, asana, meditation, pranayama, and mat Pilates. Andrea currently teaches at Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island and her teaching style is an infusion of mindful alignment and intentional breath.
Mirella is a health chef and food coach with a background in Ayurvedic nutrition. She combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern nutrition and practical lifestyle tips to help people realign to their true nature. She's also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
This retreat will take place in Tulum, Mexico. Situated where Mayan jungle meets the Caribbean Sea, Tulum has attracted conscious travelers for decades.

Tulum is the little eco-organic hub of Mexico, and the place to go to enjoy fresh smoothies, lush salads, and everything homemade, from bread to kombucha. During this retreat, you will be served delicious breakfast and dinner daily, leaving the lunches open for you to explore by yourself and try some of Tulum’s many healthy restaurants (recommendations included).
Mirella will use local and organic ingredients where possible to prepare healthy dinners and energizing breakfast, with smoothies and lots of fresh fruit. You will learn to make some Mexican style dishes yourself during her cooking class.
During your free time, you can take your bike to explore the surrounding area or visit the beach and nearby archaeological sites. You can also just relax by the pool and read books.
Please book your flight to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN).
From Cancun International Airport (CUN), either take a Taxi Colectivo straight to Tulum or take the ADO bus to Playa del Carmen (departs every 45 minutes from Terminal 2). Once in Playa, take another ADO bus to Tulum.
From Tulum's central bus station, either take a taxi straight to the hotel, or walk eight blocks along the main highway towards Chetumal until you get to KM 227. You will see the hotel's sign. Turn right. The hotel is at the end of the block on the opposite corner from Hotel Don Diego de la Selva.
