"Amazing Experience"
I had amazing time in Kathmandu doing this yoga retreat! I highly recommend it for everyone interested. It was my first time to do something like this but Amrit explained everything and he made my time in KTM memorable. I’m feeling like a new person after this treatment! Also next day he showed me places in Kathmandu that I haven’t been before. It was definitely my best Kathmandu experience so far! 💖🙏 Namaste

"Excellent package of detox, yoga, treatments "
My body, mind and soul thank you for the efficient ayurvedic detox which was made as easy as possible with Amrit's and his colleagues gentle help and support. Both massage and shirodhara were pure pleasure after detox program. Next morning Hatha yoga gave me a good start for the whole day.
If you have time and interest, give yourself a good cleanup and enjoy!

"PERFECT, BRILLIANT ESCAPE, SPEECHLESS"
The experience was perfect from start to finish.
On arrival in Nepal, after a very fast airport experience, I was met by my rider holding a sign with my name on it. I was then taken very safely to my hotel by moped. Taxis are also available. The driver checked me into the hotel and then I rested. The whole time I was communicating with organiser Amrit - who was always available.
The first day was unbelievably good. We started with some Yoga and cleansing which involved drinking a lot of water. Amrit (a very experienced teacher) was there to guide me the whole time. The experience was very personalised, communication great.
After yoga it was over to the spa for the second stage which involved facial, steam and different types of massage - all to high standard. Even though this was completed by early afternoon, I felt so tired that I chose to have light dinner and return to hotel.
The second day started with an hour or so of morning yoga on the roof overlooking the beautiful Kathmandu. It was followed with breakfast and then sightseeing. We were able to see many places around town including a Buddhist temple. I might add this temple was at the top of a lot of stairs, so you should be fit before attempting the walk up. The view from the top was nice. After I went for an amazing local vegan lunch and then another massage.
Then I was again taken to the airport. All transfers were by moped which was especially nice as it made you feel apart of the city. Perfect trip.
