"Five days in Naya"
Our yoga instructor Carin was wonderful and tailored the experience to our level and requests. The main yoga studio is beautiful. They accommodated any changes in timing of lessons or requests for activities without any difficulty. Naya provided transportation to and from Ubud whenever we wanted in air conditioned taxis. The food was quite good, healthy and readily available, not too overpriced. Pool facilities were gorgeous, nice outdoor bathrooms. Rooms at the main Naya were air conditioned. After one hot night in Villa Naomi (which is not air conditioned) they brought us a portable AC unit. Nighttime security is visible and present. Villa Noami is absolutely beautiful with private area for massages and yoga and a lovely pool, greenery. The masseuses were the best I have ever had. The water temple and white water rafting were perfectly set up and great experiences. We did not have to do anything to set these up. Mosquito nets on the beds. When one of the taxi drivers added on a cost about which we were not warned or told, Naya immediately ate the cost and apologized. It could not have been handled better or more professionally. Airport transportation is included and super easy - this is a big deal because it can be a one to two hour taxi ride. Filtered water is available free in all the rooms (in addition to bottled water or cold drinks for purchase - very cheap) which made safe hydration super easy.

I love the villa so much. The calmness that i had is indescribable. Perfect for a honeymoon and didn't cost you a lot. However, if you bring children, and luggage, it is not very suitable as you have to ride a motorcycle from the main road (which the management office are located) to the villa. And the road is so small across the paddy field. Backpack is the perfect way to bring your stuff here. But still, it is a very lovely villa and lovely place. I miss Pondok Naya already.

I stayed here for an amazing New Years Retreat. The staff are amazing especially the beautiful ladies in the kitchen always willing to help you in any way. Food was beautiful. The room i stayed in was Rainbow 1 and it was so nice to be tucked away in the rice fields. The location of this place is even better. It is far enough away from the busy streets of Ubud but still close. Its private and peaceful and such a beautiful place to take the time out to just stop and breathe. The Yoga chalet is so gorgeous.

To be honest, this is a good villa. Hidden among Ubud's rice field, this villa offers a peaceful stay. The villa itself was better from their photos.
Pro: A villa with private pool and a great view. Hidden gem in Ubud.
Semi outdoor bathroom was beautiful.
Pool was clean
Garden was green and relaxing
Property was nice
Price really worth it
Hard to reach, u need to go by a motorcycle to reach the villa from the main road. Imagine if you bring your baby (mine was 6 mos old at that time) and it was raining.
No restaurant nearby, you need to go to the main road.
No phone inside the villa although they lend you a cellphone
Cant bring a big luggage, unless you want to walk like 2km
To be honest this is a good villa, just dont bring your kids!!
