A beautiful place to relax and unwind whilst taking part in morning and afternoon yoga sessions in the wonderful yoga studio that looks out to the meadows. We will reconnect with ourselves as we take time out of our busy lives, we will practice mindfully and learn how yoga really does make huge changes to both our mental and physical states. We will do all this while we learn lots, giggle lots and have fun. This will be a special retreat so come join us for a long weekend in the UK countryside. Natalie C Yoga would love to have you.
During the retreat, you will be staying in Inner Guidance retreat center, a 16th century grade two listed house, which sits atop a hill in three acres of gardens (and within a 500 acre estate), tennis court, and meadow. Through the beautiful views across the unspoiled countryside, you will truly be able to unwind and relax here sleeping in rooms up to 500 years old.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. There will be an evening yoga session that starts at 4:45 p.m. followed by a leisurely dinner after.
There will be a morning yoga session that will begin with a short mindful meditation followed by breakfast. The morning is free to relax, lunch will be served, and part of the afternoon will also be reserved for free time. Afternoon yoga will start at 4:30 p.m. followed by dinner and free evening of fun times.

Natalie decided to train with one of the foremost Ashtanga teachers in the western world, David Swenson in 2007, and then further trained with highly accomplished teachers as Matthew Sweeney, Kino MacGregor, David Williams, Danny Paradise, Jason Crandell. She more recently completed teacher training with John Scott in 2013 and now take guidance from this stream.

During your stay at Suffolk, you will be served delicious and healthy food that is made to restore your energy after a full schedule of yoga and excursions. This yoga retreat will give you a chance to taste Suffolk's herbal tea and tasty fruit to keep you full. The food that you will be served will be cooked gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and alcohol-free.
You will have a lot of free time to explore and experience Suffolk. A variety of locations can offer you a massage, Reiki, facials, psychotherapy, and nutritional consultations all to ensure that you get the best out of this yoga retreat.
From London, take the M11 coming off at the A120 at Bishops Stortford/Stansted. Follow to Braintree and then take the A131 through Halstead to Sudbury, then follow the B1115 into Lavenham. On arrival into Lavenham, you will see The Swan Restaurant and Hotel on the corner of Water Street. Turn into Water Street and continue down until the road bears sharply to the right.
This road then becomes Brent Eleigh Road and you will drive along it for around one mile. You will pass a layby on the left and the Inner Guidance drive is immediately on the right. You will see the sign and prayer flags hanging on the gates. Drive all the way up to the top of the hill, and the retreat center is on the left.
Please book your flight to arrive at London Stansted Airport (STN).
The nearest train station is Sudbury. From London, you will take a train from Liverpool Street and change at Marks Tey. On your way to Inner Guidance, you will not need to walk over the bridge, but simply walk across to the other platform where the connecting Sudbury train is usually waiting. At Sudbury, the retreat center has the Sudbury Cab Company in contract to take you to the place for 13 GBP.
