Pre-application requirements

Please install Zoom to attend the live sessions and have your mat and props ready.

Certifications

Students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance upon completion of another 100-hour course before December 31st, 2021.

How the training works

There will be 25 to 40 hours of live sessions and 100 to 120 hours of recorded videos. Namaste yoga india does not limit the live sessions, you are eligible to join all the sessions. Whenever you are not able to join the sessions, the next day you will be provided the recorded session. Classes will be provided via Zoom and all the live sessions will be recorded and shared with you. You will have access to the manual on Google Drive.

Timing of sessions (GMT+5:30)

Classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. You can join whichever suits you better.

1) Mantra chanting (recitation of sacred sounds)

The purpose of mantra chanting is to generate vibrations and connect with the inner self. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.

2) Yoga postures (asana)

Yoga postures help to get flexibility, strength, and discipline.
