Online Yoga Teacher Training

Namaste Yoga India is a registered yoga school providing yoga courses for 100 hours providing online classes. You will get the certificate of completion once you have finished the course. This is a programme to get the knowledge of yogic practices and you will have access to downloadable documents regarding the course.

How the training works

  • Classes will be provided on Zoom
  • You will have access to the manual on Google Drive
  • Get ready your mat and props

Daily schedule (GMT+5:30)

  • 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. or
  • 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Recorded sessions will be provided to you every day, if you can't join the session then you can practice in your free time.


1) Mantra chanting (recitation of sacred sounds)

The purpose of mantra chanting is to generate vibrations and connect with the inner self. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.
