Kaley Symons

Tri yoga is the art and science of yoga flow, uniting breath, hand gestures with flowing, and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation in action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion. Within each level students develop precise natural alignment, strength, flexibility, endurance, and a longer more rhythmic breath. When the body breath and hand madras (gestures) harmonize, the inner flow of prana (vital energy) is experienced. Continued practice makes the body calm and full of energetic life force.

Kaley will guide you systematically through seven series of yoga flows teaching students to apply the principles of yoga flow to everyday life. One begins to feel the life force increase. Extension in all directions expands awareness. Relaxation in action allows one to maintain balance. Rhythm of body and breath tunes one in to the inner dance. Economy of motion cultivates having only thoughts that are needed. Wavelike spinal movements remind you to remain at peace.
