You will be accommodated in New Delhi for the first night and the rest will be at Rainforest House, a retreat center in Rishikesh.
The style of yoga that will be practiced is Hatha yoga and the duration of the classes will be 60 minutes.

Acharya Tej has compiled the authentic teachings of yoga as practiced in India. Acharya Tej has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 25 years and received his training with the Sivananda yoga tradition in Rishikesh and Uttarkashi, India. He has served on the Yoga Alliance Advisory Committee for Best Practices of Yoga Schools. Acharya Tej formed the Namah Shivaya yoga teacher training in 2008, combining the authentic practices of Hatha yoga and the school has graduated more than 700 students in the US, India, and Mexico.
Acharya Aya Manabe
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Acharya Aya Manabe is the lead trainer and director of Namah Shivaya teacher training in India and Japan. She was initiated to yogic path through Sivananda yoga tradition in California and completed her 200 and 500-hour teacher training certification in 2012. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher (E-RYT 200 and RYT 500) and also certified Prenatal yoga teacher. Aya has a lot of international teaching experience in different countries including US, Vietnam, India, and Japan.
The retreat will take place in at the tranquil Rainforest House situated on the banks of the holy Ganges River in Rishikesh, India.
The food is completely vegetarian prepared in keeping with Sattvic Ayurvedic recipes. There are fresh fruits, cereals, whole grains, legumes delicious vegetarian pizzas, and a lot more. Meals and tips are not included in the price, so you will need to choose your own meals (cost of meals is typically fixed at 5 USD for breakfast, 7 USD for lunch, and 7 USD for dinner). The food is prepared in a Sattvic style to promote a pure mind and body for the practice of yoga and meditation.
North Indian cuisine offers vegan and non-vegan curries, lentils, rice palao, delicious Indian bread, and of course desserts for the sweet tooth. For the vegan palate, there are a variety of choices like vegan vegetable dishes in both north and south Indian options. Breakfast is prepared with bread, cereals, corn flakes, pahwa (light Indian dish), and yogurt.
