Manon Peral
With over 10 years of experience in teaching yoga and 5 years of sailing under her belt, Manon’s passion for both has naturally led her to combine these two loves by creating yoga sailing retreats. Her journey as a teacher has shaped her ability to guide students through a variety of practices, from dynamic and energizing Ashtanga and Vinyasa to calming and restorative Yin and Restorative yoga. Manon also deeply values the power of mindfulness and breathwork, incorporating these practices into her retreats to help participants achieve a deeper sense of awareness and relaxation.
