Claire is practicing yoga since 12 years, trained and certified in both Paris & Rishikesh (India). She will make you explore the basics of Hatha Yoga & pranayamas, slightly adapted to our contemporary urban busy life. She is teaching a Hatha Flow which combines the deep knowledges of poses with the flow of movements and breath. Trained in Iyengar & pregnancy yoga, she explores the comprehension of the body through poses to release pain and tensions.
