Claire is practicing yoga for 12 years, trained, and certified in both Paris & Rishikesh (India). She will make you explore the basics of Hatha Yoga & pranayamas, slightly adapted to our contemporary urban busy life. She is teaching a Hatha Flow which combines the deep knowledge of poses with the flow of movements and breath. Trained in Iyengar & pregnancy yoga, she explores the comprehension of the body through poses to release pain and tensions. Claire is living between Paris and Goa and loves traveling all across India: she will be happy to share her travel tips with you!
