Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat in Cumbria

My Holistic Bliss is hosting a weekend retreat at St Marks, located in Cumbria alongside both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. St Marks is a character-filled house in the stunning landscape of Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It provides an inspiring and relaxing place for people to nourish themselves spiritually, physically, and emotionally while connecting with the beautiful North Yorkshire Dales. The separate Yoga space has wooden floors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light flooding in making it the perfect place to expand on or kick start your yoga practice.

Accommodation at St. Marks is four-star en-suite twin-bedded or double rooms with towels and toiletries provided and lovely views of the countryside.


There will be Yoga and Mindfulness workshops running throughout the weekend and the classes include pranayama (breath-control), yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and meditation.

The yoga style will be a combination of Yin, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. All levels are welcome to join, whether you have practiced yoga before as your instructors will ensure your working at the appropriate level/intensity.

Throughout the weekend, you will be eating carefully planned homemade nutritious meals, snacks, juices, and smoothies to help support your yoga, Pilates and wellbeing practice, also giving ideas for recipes to try when back home. All meals on retreat are vegetarian with gluten-free options too.   • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
