Merilyn is a certified yoga instructor with the Malaysian Academy for Yoga Instructors (MAYI). Her yoga journey started a decade ago in 2008 when she first started to practice yoga in Kuala Lumpur. A teacher of yoga should live a life of yoga. This requires maturity, honesty, faith, and a discipline to live your life with as much integrity and compassion as you can muster. It is this understanding and belief that drove her to become a yoga instructor.
