Yoga Teacher Training France

Discover the inner yoga of ancient India, the yoga of awareness and presence, the secret of absolute freedom! Mukta Tantra yoga is the traditional Tantra yoga of Kundalini, Tantric asanas and chakras, mantras, meditations, philosophy, Tantric breath, sounds, vibrations, and elements.

On the West Coast of Normandy, Champeaux village is located on a hill by the ocean, enshrined in the fascinating Mont Saint Michel Bay, famous for its tranquility, purity, and authenticity. Allow yourself to surrender to the wildness of Mother Nature and embrace your true self. This top-quality environment will blow your mind and ease your heart.

Mukta Tantra Yoga is not Hatha Yoga or Neo Western Tantra or Western Kundalini Yoga. Historically, it is the only philosophy in the world that is not male chauvinistic and doesn’t discriminate between any nationality, class, color, gender, sexuality, and religion. It has evolved very differently in a non-dualistic environment and passed orally from generation to generation in a practical way.

Mukta Tantra Yoga is a golden secret key to absolute freedom. It is the Essence of all Asiatic Mysticism. It is inspired by Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism (also called Himalayan Tantra, Agama, Trika, etc.) and from Mukta’s Father and various Mystics as well as Mukta’s life experiences.

Therefore this type of yoga cannot be found through self-claimed scholars or their books and it is not a commodity that you can buy. It is a heart to heart connection and a direct perspective of a free mind.

Following Tantra is not a goal, rather understanding oneself is being Tantric. Tantra is a signboard to rightly understand oneself. In this way, the awakening of true intelligence can manifest itself.

‘Mukta‘ means ‘free’ or liberated. ‘Tantra‘ is a science to crack the code of our true nature (pure consciousness, bliss, or freedom) which is eternal and always free from body, mind, and feelings. There is no goal to achieve rather experiencing the true bliss of life which is already there.

Mukta Tantra yoga teacher training is for all those who are looking for practical spirituality and ready to manifest their true blissful selves. It is also for those who are ready to see in the light of their own intelligence not following blindly any pattern, system of philosophy, gurus, or organised religions.

Become your own teacher first

If you are a good learner or not just looking for certification but putting your passionate efforts to understand and to be the light to yourself, only then you can begin your teaching journey.

This course is not to get lost in philosophies but to get an understanding of practical Asiatic and Indian mysticism, and the psychology of non-dual way of living day-to-day life in bliss. Then only one can become an integrated Mukta Tantra yoga and meditation teacher and teach various spiritually and worldly groups.

Tantra yoga

Tantra yoga is there to use it, not to be used by it. Tantra is not learning about others, it is learning about oneself. Understanding of oneself helps to let go of the self. Tantra yoga makes you understand holistically the different dimensions of your being, mind, and feelings in action.

  • Vitalize and rewire your brain and its neuro-plasticity, to improve cognitive learning and to activate the soma (natural DMT, eternal bliss state / joy) through the practice of Mukta Tantra yoga asanas and Tantric breath
  • Study in depth the science and energetic anatomy of traditional Tantric chakras and Tantric Kundalini and their implications in daily living
  • Uncover the science of Tantric mantras, elements, yantras, light, energies, and Tantric breath (prana)
  • Practice traditional Tantric meditations and its Sutra philosophy to go beyond body, mind, and self
  • Practise Tantric Vipassana (first step of 16 steps) and ancient Tantric breath from Shiva, highly important to experience no-thinking and no-mind
  • Learn about energetic alignments with your true essence through your body, mind, and soul/feeling
  • Get a spiritual understanding of the bandhas, 7 bodies, 5 pranas, 36 elements, divine goddesses (Shakti/energy), mudras, and their importance in relation to Chakras yoga and Kundalini yoga in Tantric asanas and on all other levels
