You will be accommodated in a completely renovated and fully furnished cozy villa overlooking the majestic mountains, right by a long brook. The whole house sleeps 6 people and is at your disposal, so you can feel right at home. Choose between single or double/shared accommodation. There is also the option of renting your own private smaller villa, ideal for 2 people. Please ask for details, if interested.

Elena is an Italian/American certified Yoga instructor who teaches Atma Yoga, a holistic healing style created by Saul David Raye - Elena’s classes, open to all levels of students, include a dynamic flow of asana, pranayama, ayurvedic tips, and meditation. Eclectic energy work together with teachings from Bhakti, Tantra, and Shamanism are at the core of her classes. Elena is passionate about yogic philosophy and Hindu mythology. Her enthusiasm in sharing her love for the sacred practice yoga is contagious. She is an intuitive spiritual counselor and a psychic guide.
Retreat location
Your retreat takes place in Pascoso - in the province of Lucca- a very old and cozy medieval village with about 200 inhabitants. It is nestled in the middle of the breathtaking Apuan Alps. A calm brook runs through it. This is the ideal place to practice yoga, immerse in nature, take long walks by the river, meditate, and journal in the villa's garden.

Food
Enjoy three daily mouthwatering vegetarian meals served at the lovely "Locanda Carnicelli" for breakfast/lunch and at "Il Mulino" for dinner.
Homemade pasta and ravioli, fresh organic salads, and fruits. Vegetables sformati, cheese, pizza, focaccia, and "pasta fritta", mushroom pies, minestone, parmigiana di melanzane, crostate di frutta are part of the mouthwatering menu. Wine will be served at dinner. You can also make coffee and tea in the villa's kitchen.

The most convenient way to reach moveyourspirityoga is to fly to Pisa then take an easy train inside the airport to Lucca station. Pick-up and drop-off at the Lucca train station are complimentary. From there, it's a short beautiful drive up the Apuan Alps to Pascoso.
