"A very special week"
Elena is very knowledgeable as regards yoga as a whole, and delivers her teachings in an accessible and thought-provoking manner. She is also very kind and has a great sense of humour :)
Add to that the magical views of the Apuan Alps, and the walks through the lush nature that surrounds the village and you are truly in for a treat.
The restaurant in the village was also super accommodating of my vegan diet - different dishes every meal and even dessert!
I strongly recommend this retreat for those as interested in yoga philosophy as in the physical practice, and who love to be surrounded by nature.

"A beautiful journey thrugh Yoga, India and Soul"
When booking the retreat I expected to practice yoga but when I arrived in Rishikesh I got so much more: Elena and Vimal (the instructors) were our yoga teachers, guides and friends. They have showed us real meaning of yoga and real India. In two weeks I have improved greatly in my yoga practice (tried even head stands). Sun rise on the top of Himalaya was beautiful, local ceremony-arti, visiting temples, walks through jungle-unforgettable. Elena shared with us beautiful stories from Hindu culture. Ajurvedic massages were amazing especially after yoga practice, very relaxing.
Accommodation in the ashram was very good, clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower. As the Ashram is on a small hill it is very quiet even through it is in Rishikesh town. Staff is super nice and helpful, meals are very good-vegetarian, not too spicy, light but I still felt full after a meal, and you could always get a second helping😊
It was my first time in India and my first time at yoga retreat and I got so much more than I expected thanks to Elena and Vimal.
I took a piece of India in my heart with me.
I would recommend this retreat and I would do it again☺️
Thanks to Elena and Vimal for showing me what Yoga off the mat is, I have started a beautiful journey. Basia

We ( Barbara and Yola) would like to thank Elena and Vimal for the truly beautiful journey. For showing us real India-trips in Rishikesh, Arti ceremonies at the holy Ganges, morning yoga classes (thanks to which we started to love yoga even more), meditations, trips to sacred caves, temples and ashrams, meditating with Baba inside his cave was a very deep moment. India changes a perspective that you look at life and yourself, and this is what is going to stay with us. Everyone who is willing to look deep inside into your heart we truly recommend Elena’s and Vimal’s program. Thank you for being part to our journey. Blessing on your Gift
