Melanie Yip, co-founder, Movement Travel is a registered yoga teacher who has completed her 200-hour teacher and 40-hour Yin yoga training. Having played sports for most of her life, she was introduced to yoga over 15 years ago and has been practicing ever since. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and power throughout Vancouver and infuses creative flows with unique playlists to make each class fulfilling and enjoyable.
Lisa Gordon, co-founder, Movement Travel is a Can-Fit Pro certified personal trainer. Lisa is an avid runner, completing three marathons in London, Paris, and New York and she has always been actively involved in competitive sports. She believes in a well-rounded workout regimen which includes resistance training, steady-state cardio, HIIT training, and yoga or mediation which will be reflected in her training.
