Mirador La Cumbre is a tranquil jungle and mountain resort boasting incredible panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean and a natural swimming pool. Because of its jungle location, expect to see a lot of biodiversity, from butterflies to toucans! It is located just a 10-minute drive from lively Palomino.
Your private apartment has a private bathroom and a private balcony or terrace with a catamaran net. You will have full use of the facilities. Full laundry service is also available. The resort has Wi-Fi.

Instructors
Alice Culligan
Alice first developed an interest in ancestral healing techniques soon after training in Oshui Reiki Levels 1 and 2. Originally training as a dancer, she specializes in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and breathwork. She is experienced in holding and facilitating healing spaces, from cacao ceremonies to women's circles to Ayahuasca ceremonies with an expert Colombian Chamana. She is also a yoga teacher trainer, teaching numerous 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training courses. She is a musician and leads many musical workshops such as kirtan, medicinal music, and sound healing.

Palomino, La Guajira
This program will take place 10 minutes from the town of Palomino, which is in the municipality of Dibulla in the department of La Guajira in the Caribbean Region of Colombia.
Palomino is a lively beachside town, expect artisan jewelry, indigenous woven mochilas, live music, and salsa. Many artists and musicians live there, making it a very lively and creative place. There’s always something going on! The reception can easily organize safe transport to take you there and back.
A breathtaking location
Movement Music Medicina's jungle, riverside location also boasts proximity to wild, untouched Caribbean beaches. Expect to see the incredible watercolor sunsets and skies that turn into clear starry nights, as well as snow-capped mountains from the beach.
About Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is known as ‘El Corazon del Mundo' or the heart of the world. It boasts the highest coastal mountain range in the world and is recognized as the second most biodiverse place for species of birds in the world!
It is home to many species such as the toucan, hummingbird, guacamaya parrot, and howler monkeys. It is also home to four indigenous communities: the Koguis, Arhuacos, Wiws, and Cancuama. You will be blessed by two Kogui representatives during the cacao circle.

Three healthy, complete, and colorful vegetarian meals will be provided each day by the expert Colombian chef who uses local produce, local tropical fruits, and vegetables. Expect balanced, nutritious, and delicious meals accompanied by a delicious natural juice.

Ayahuasca ceremony
There will be an optional Ayahuasca ceremony (paid separately from the retreat) with an experienced Colombian female shaman who has over 20 years of experience, consultation before and after the ceremony included.

There will also be an optional rapé ceremony. Rapé is an Amazonian tobacco-based medicine applied through the nose. It is used to connect to your physical body and to your ancestors.
