Dominique’s approach to teaching is very good to enable her clients to build strength on top of functional for the most efficient use of their bodies. She has trained and worked in the UK, Europe, and America gaining invaluable knowledge on anatomy, biomechanics, muscular and fascial releases, kinetics, and conditioning. As a practitioner of yoga and meditation, she brings this influence to her classes. She is passionate about women’s health and well-being, currently training as a doula.
Anneke originally trained as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates® in 2009. She has been practicing Pilates and yoga since 2004. She is passionate about movement and well-being and how this directly influences people. She attends regular training and workshops throughout the world and has been influenced by many inspirational teachers and movement forms. Her classes are energetic and aim to build strength through flowing functional movement. Anneke is also a teacher in training of iRest® Meditation, a deeply restorative and highly therapeutic practice.
