You will walk with a meditation master who will teach with words, actions, or subtle vibrations. Meditations will be taught from the traditions of Buddhism, Sufism, yoga, Shiva, and Osho. The techniques will include traditional sitting meditation, standing meditation, lying down meditation, walking meditation, dancing meditation, laughing meditation, and more.

Yogacharini Amrita is a writer, author, spiritual teacher, and educator. Apart from being a keen trekker, she is also a qualified yoga and meditation master in the tradition of Rishiculture Ashtanga yoga taught by Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj of Pondicherry, South India. This makes her the marketing, teaching, and preaching guru of yoga and meditation at Mountain Monk Yoga Retreats. How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Bhuntar Airport (KUU) or Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Transfer from and to these airports is available upon request.

Arrival by bus

It is possible to travel from New Delhi to Manali by bus, the journey is around 12 hours long. Buses usually leave from New Delhi late in the evening and reach Manali by early morning.

Arrival by train

The nearest railheads are Chandigarh, Shimla, and Jogindernagar.

Arrival by taxi

It is possible to book a private taxi from New Delhi to Manali. Traveling time is around 12 hours by road.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
