This retreat is indicated for whoever feels the call to experience a shamanic journey with the master plants San Pedro and Ayahuasca, have a daily yoga practice and combine this journey with visits to archeological sites in the Sacred Valley.

Moonay Mystical Journeys will build your perfect journey together, they will set up a call with you to go through your intentions and wishes for the journey and you will go through the various steps together and build a package according to YOUR needs. You can choose to delve more deeply into shamanic journeys, yoga, and meditation, or build a mix between shamanic and spiritual practices and guided visits to ancient Inca sites. You can choose the dates that best fit you and the activities you would like to do from this list:

• 1 day visit to Machu Picchu by train with a private guide and a private car
• 1 day guided visit to the most important archeological sites around the Sacred Valley such as Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Sacsayhuaman

This retreat can be customized to be cheaper or more expensive. To give you an idea, the basic 9-day package retreat starts from 900 USD, depending on the activities you would like to do and the type of accommodation you will choose.

The Purpose of the Journey

The objective of this journey is, as with all of Moonay Mystical Journeys' other journeys, the experience of Munay (unconditional love). Experiencing inner peace, profoundly connecting with Pachamama, your self, and all creation as "ONE" and getting inspired to actively participate in the harmonization of the planet, what Moonay Mystical Journeys hopes you can achieve during this journey. Indigenous wisdom, shamanic healing, daily yoga, and a nourishing natural setting come together perfectly to create this experience.

The guiding principle for their work at Moonay Mystical Journeys is unconditional love, and not just the realization of it, but the complete embodiment. Activities

In the following section, Moonay Mystical Journeys offers you a more in-depth explanation of the main elements of their journeys, to help you better understand their work. They also propose you a typical shamanic itinerary of nine days, to give you a suggestion on how to create your personal spiritual journey.

• The Andean Cosmovision, Ancient Wisdom, and the Q'ero People

You will have the opportunity to tap into the Andean Cosmovision through teachings and practices you may have never encountered in your life. The practice of ritualistic appreciation for Pachamama (Mother Earth) is designed to root you on planet Earth, grounding you as you connect with the stars.

The Q’ero Inca Shamans Moonay Mystical Journeys work with will inspire you how to live in balance and give back to Mother Nature in reciprocity (ayni) and with each other. You will participate in a traditional Coca Leaf Reading and participate to a sacred offering (despacho), that will facilitate the opening of the three centers of your being towards harmonic action (llank’ay), unconditional love (munay), and transcendental wisdom (yachay).

These traditional ceremonies and rites derive from the ancient Incas and are still important aspects of the contemporary lives of the Q’ero people. These ceremonies are the invitation to your journey, initiating you with higher power to explore, to reconnect, to expand, and to grow.

• San Pedro/Huachuma

The retreat includes a ceremony with the sacred and ancient plant medicine, San Pedro (in Quechua: Huachuma). The ceremony will be facilitated by a traditional medicine man, Don Hernan, and his alumni, and takes place next to a mystical lake, surrounded by the epic mountains of the valley.

Friendly alpacas and majestic condors live in the environment that surrounds this site. Through this experience, you are invited to open your heart and to connect deeply with Pachamama, planet Earth.

• Powerful Energy Sites

You will be guided to energetically charged locations in the Sacred Valley including Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Chinchero, and Maras and Machu Picchu. Explore and experience the magic of these places and chime into the mysterious history. These places are considered to be among the most powerful epicenters in the world, are shrouded in mystery and wisdom, and have been sacred places of pilgrimage for many over the ages.

• Purification and Sound Healing

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Temazcal ceremony, otherwise known as the sweat lodge ceremony. This ritual is for the purpose of purification, renunciation of negative energies, and celebration of new life that will follow this retreat. You will feel like a newborn baby, exiting the womb of your mother.

Experiencing the profound vibrations of music and kirtan with heart-opening pure cacao will further support your soul and energetic body in the integration and healing process.

• Daily Yoga/Meditation Practice

During the healing retreats, you are encouraged to participate in daily Hatha yoga and meditation practice. It is gentle, so there is no need to have practiced yoga for a long time previously. This practice prepares the body for the changes that are about to take place, encourages your inner (and outer) flexibility, opens your energy centers (chakras) and channels (nadis), and gives you the opportunity to create a space of relaxation inside yourself.

While the retreats focus mainly on the use of local Andean medicines and practices, there will also be the opportunity to experience Amazonian medicine if you choose to. These include the following powerful ceremonies:

• Ayahuasca: One or two ceremonies of Ayahuasca will be organized with local shamans and will be followed by sessions to facilitate the integration of your experience.
• Kambo: There will be a chance to participate in a Kambo session, conducted by one of the local practitioners.
