I invite you to find the still point, move mindfully and reconnect with your spirit. My classes are influenced by my training in the Anusara style of yoga, an interest in the chakras, my meditation practice and love of poetry. Each class has moments of stillness and meditation. Yoga has taught me to do many things, most importantly to breathe and be patient, to respond to the world with a lightness where possible, and to react to difficulties with grace and openness. Yoga has taught me to see the good in others, to be open hearted to strangers, and to smile at the world.
Marion is half French and she has a deep love for life & food. She is a trained chef and lived and worked in London until she relocated to the beautiful south of France. Marion blames her French grandmother for her obsession with food and her compulsion to feed people (her friends don’t complain!) She loves growing and eating veg and has a passion for baking.
Eddie gained his love of cooking from his mother and grandfather when growing up in Australia. He is inspired by his love of travel and other cultures and has picked up recipes and ideas from the time he spent living in Australia, Brazil, Portugal, and now England. Eddie loves cooks with fresh, local ingredients and uses his creativity and to create new and interesting dishes. He is also a keen photographer and regularly practices yoga and meditation.
