Transform and improve your health by learning body and mind mindfulness practices that will allow you to refresh your reality. With this program, you will learn to master emotions, by understanding their power in how we act and choose to interact with what surrounds us. Understand the message that each emotion tells you and boost your focus in the face of daily challenges. With each session, you will acquire new tools to reduce the stress associated with negative thinking, and skills to better communicate and improve the quality of your relationships. At the end of the program, Renata will guide you as you design a clear and focused plan to integrate all the knowledge and mindfulness practices to improve your every day goals and future objectives.
The retreat will be held online via Zoom and WhatsApp. A manual of the program in PDF will be sent you to you. There will be 10 contact hours in total. There will be a personalized one-on-one session, a total of 8 hours of mindfulness, and a total of 2 hours of Yin yoga sessions.
A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. With this practice, you will be able to release the tension on the level of the body.
In this session, you will be introduced to mindfulness. In this session, you'll be introduced to mindful eating and the body-scan method. In order for you to be fully engaged in the present moment through the program, each session ends with mindfulness assignments to be practiced up to the next session.
You will learn how to be mindful of emotions by seeing their true nature. Molinum ad Mare will unveil the message behind each emotion you will understand the power they have in how you act and interact with what surrounds you, and boost your focus in the face of daily challenges.
This session is dedicated to the concept of mindful communication through the practice of active listening and the exploration of three types of communication. You will be able to see that by communicating mindfully one can transform difficult situations and improve relationships.
At the end of the program, you will be guided as you design a clear and focused plan to integrate all the knowledge and mindfulness practices to improve your every day goals and future objectives.

I began to developed my mindfulness teaching practice in 2014, facilitating 1:1 intensive mindfulness stress reduction programs in hotels.
