You will stay in Kovalam Beach during the retreat.



This class is for those looking to delve into the more subtle (esoteric) yet powerful aspects of yoga. This is not your ordinary class and has a minimal physical practice. During the first part of the class, you will explore different modalities of introspection including breath work, chanting, mantra, tapping (acupressure), chakra balancing, crystal healing, yoga Nidra, aromatherapy, and more.

You will then sit or lie comfortably drifting off to a relaxing guided meditation to deepen the connection to your true essential nature. This process is deeply soothing and the results will leave you in a blissful state of peaceful awareness, a perfect way to transition from your workday to home.

Daren Friesen
Daren Friesen is the director and founder of Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, the largest yoga center in the Midwest. An enthusiastic student and passionate teacher, his challenging style of Vinyasa flow incorporates asana, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and kriyas. Having studied with renowned teachers in the states and masters and gurus in India, Daren encourages students to use traditional elements and techniques to overcome the pull of opposites (duality) and to develop one-pointed attention. Through one-pointed attention, one discovers the keys to accessing true health and vitality.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Trivandrum International Airport (TRV). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Moksha Yoga Center will pick you up from the airport.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
