The accommodation available is on dorm room basis with one to three other people. You will be using bathroom and shower facilities near the pool or in the yoga studio. Tramuntana Flow is a beautiful place of peace that offers you simplicity and comfort. The zen inspired decoration reflects balance and harmony. Natural colors and soft tones induce relaxation and calmness.

Tramuntana Flow is a retreat center that brings together the best yoga facilities and beautiful accommodations in a peaceful environment that helps in restoring the mind-body-soul balance through yoga, meditation, and nutrition. Tramuntana Flow owes its name to the magnificent mountain range in Mallorca, the spectacular view of which can be seen from the entire property.

Tramuntana Flow consists of several outbuildings in an 8,000 square meters parcel of land. The property is in the old part of a village on the main street. The front garden invites you into the peacefulness of the center.

    Ida Manly started practicing in 1996 and completed her 250-hr teacher training at MokSana Yoga Centre in the summer of 2006. She completed her 500-hr teacher training at the Kripalu Center in 2008/2009 and completed the Anusara teacher training in 2009/2010 with Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell. She continues to study with Darren Rhodes, most recently becoming a certified yogahour® teacher in 2014. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500.

The retreat will be held in Mallorca, Spain.

Three healthy and vegetarian meals are included in the package. Meals with fish are available upon request. There is a well-equipped big kitchen in Tramuntana Flow, perfect to prepare delicious healthy, organic menus. Vegetarian, vegan, ayurvedic, raw food can also be offered by local cooks.

There is so much to do in the Mallorca. You may customize your retreat by skipping one of the excursions included in the package and adding your own.
