Susie Newson has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2008. Her approach to yoga comes with a passionate heart and lots of enthusiasm to keep it light while developing a strong foundation and healthy alignment, which creates a sustainable practice that will support you both on the mat and in your daily life. She believes that yoga is more than just a source of physical activity. It is a life support system that enables people to find peace of mind, body, and heart. Her teaching is inspired by Jen Sole Weller, D. Pandolfi, S. Corn, E. Finn, M. Currie, Ryan Leier, and many others.
