The YTT is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of yoga, based on an internationally accredited curriculum. Their yoga experts, Sachin and Liubov Badoni are authorized yoga teachers who practiced under Guruji Sharath Jois.

Their unique YTT teaching method focuses not only on mastering the perspective of anatomy and alignment, but also on learning comprehensively the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, mantras, shatkarma, and a summary of yoga teacher ethics, both for oneself and for others.

The activities will certainly help prospective and passionate yoga teachers to apply the philosophical principles of yoga. Completing the training is indeed an incredible feeling. However, the most important lesson is that you may feel like you are born again after experiencing a peaceful yogic lifestyle in paradise-like surroundings.

In other words, their YTT Bali is one of the best sources to gain diverse knowledge and skills needed to be a compassionate and respectful yoga teacher. It feels like the universe's way of confirming to you that you are ready to embark on a new journey!

Included excursions

Mira Yogashala offers a range of eye-opening excursions during your training.

Tanah Lot Temple

Off the southwest coast of Bali, there is a rock formation that holds significant value for the Balinese community. The rock is home to the 500-year-old Tanah Lot Temple overlooking the Indian Ocean.

According to a local legend, the temple is guarded by sea snakes to protect the temple from evil intruders. Only 10 minutes drive away from Mira Yogashal Friendly Boutique Resort, the best time to visit the temple is in the late afternoon, as you will be presented with magical sunset moments.

Jatiluwih Rice Terraces

Tabanan Regency, where the YTT will be located, is known as the "rice bowl" of Bali. It does not take you much time to find a picturesque rice field from your resort. Mesmerized by its cultural and agricultural landscape, the UNESCO World Heritage Centre appointed one of many Tabanans beautiful rice terraces, Jatiluwih, as a heritage site. Best to visit in the early morning, your brand-new day will be welcomed by an uninterrupted view of green paddy fields with the golden light reflection of the sunrise.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple

Sits on the shores of Lake Beratan against the backdrop of Tabanan highlands, Ulun Danu Beratan was built almost half a millennium ago to worship the trinity of supreme divinity in Hinduism, called the Trimurti.

The three main multi-layered temples in the complex are dedicated to Vishnu with 11 levels, Brahma with 7 levels, and Shiva with 3 levels. Arguably Bali's most beautiful and most recognized temple in the country (since it was featured on Indonesia's 50,000 rupiah note), Ulun Danu Beratan Temple can be reached in less than an hour from Mira Yogashala.

Ubud Monkey Forest

The Ubud Monkey Forest is a sacred sanctuary in the heart of Bali's cultural capital, Ubud. Home to over 600 long-tailed Macaque monkeys, this nature reserve is also considered a holy place for Balinese Hindus as it hosts three sacred temples, each serving a different purpose.

The main temple, Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal, is used to worship the god Shiva. The other two temples are the Holy Spring temple. It features holy water and the cremation temple.

Tirta Empul Water Temple

End your 21-day journey in Bali by participating in the purification ritual at Tirta Empul Water Temple. The temple is considered one of the oldest and most holy temples on the island as it was built more than ten centuries ago. The locals believe that the holy water from this temple removes evil spirits and cleanses contaminated souls.

Depending on traffic, it will take you about an hour to get there from Mira Yogashala. As it is an active site for Balinese Hindus to perform the full moon ritual, be prepared for a large number of visitors and worshippers on full moon evenings.
