Kym Nelson

With a background in journalism, science, travel, and well-being, Kym has always wanted to combine her passions to inspire others with a focus on creative relaxation. Having started off organizing retreats which merged writing with yoga, she has since introduced photography and drawing and combined it with meditative and mindful techniques. Although quite often it's not the creative part that is challenging, the relaxing part! Kym trained in Sun Power yoga (known as SPY) - a combination of Hatha, Sivananda, and Ashtanga yoga, and has also trained in Kids yoga and Yin.

Julia Green

Working in the criminal justice and prison systems has taught Julia that the only way to keep going is through yoga. She decided to train as a teacher 20 years ago and still works within the criminal justice system, where she also teaches yoga. Her no-nonsense but energetic and fun approach to teaching has ensured she has a dedicated following.

Helen Slater

With English, Swedish, Dutch and Czech influences in her life, Helen brings her own expressive identity to MindfulThinking@Play. Always trying new experiences and even making up her own (like painting her own body and using it to decorate her living room!). Her focus is on strength and balance but, it is in Autogenics (a form or relaxation) and belly dancing where she comes into her own as a unique, charismatic and confidence-building teacher.
