Mindful Zanzibar offers mindfulness workshops using cognitive training, breathing techniques, and elements of Hatha yoga to reduce stress & increase awareness.

Anna Wille

Having trained extensively in mindfulness with prominent teachers such as Dr Patrizia Collard and Tessa Watt, as well as with the MiSP, Anna has taught over 500 hours of mindfulness to almost 1700 children and adults, running the internationally renown MBCT program, and the nationally developed paws.b and dot.b courses. Previously she worked as a primary school teacher, after having spent over 8 years running her own interior design business, after 8 years working in management development, project management and coaching, working at companies such as Inter.Continental and Four Seasons Hotels.
