Mindful Living Retreats will be drawing upon various distinct Spiritual Traditions during your time together including Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, Sufism, Taoism, Kashmir Shaivism. Most importantly, all of the practices have formed integral parts in your own unfolding Spiritual Journey, therefore rather than just theoretical and flat tools, these are vibrant, alive and infused with your own direct experience, making them relatable and understandable.

The Retreat will be held at the serene and tranquil Can Mussol, amidst the Catalunyan countryside, located just 1 hour outside of Barcelona.

Can Mussol is a traditional Finca, offering a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property offers a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs, calming Yoga Shalas & Meditation Halls, relaxing communal spaces and is surrounded by nature and vineyards.

Located in the province of Barcelona and very close to Montserrat Mountain. Specifically, in the middle of the vineyards of Canet de Fals in Fonollosa. 10 minutes from Sant Joan de Vilatorrada and 20 from Manresa.

Three delicious vegan meals will be served during the retreat, nourishing the body with supportive sustenance for this precious journey within.

“What we put into our bodies is even more important than what we put on our bodies,

such as material possessions”. As such, organic produce and products are at the base of the wholesome vegan meals that will be provided during the retreat.

Arrival by car

Take the road to Manresa (either the C16 or the C58 and C55 to avoid tolls). When you are in Manresa, follow the C-25 towards Manresa / Solsona / Lleida. After a few kilometers, take the exit towards St. Joan de Villatorrada and after approximately one-kilometer turn left towards Fonollosa. Follow the road, go straight through the roundabout and continue on the BV3008 until the first exit on the right after the kilometric sign 7. Follow that road until the end, with the last part a dirt road that leads directly to the Jaumeandreu ( original name of the house).

Arrival by train

FERROCARILS GENERALITAT (FCG)

Take an R5 train from the Barcelona train station in Plaça Espanya to Manresa Alta. Once there you can reach the center by BUS (Sagalés Bus) or Taxi, from the same station.

RENFE

Line R4 stop station Manresa. From there you have to take a Taxi to our center (15 minutes).

Arrival by Bus

From Manresa Alta (arrival at FCG) there is a bus called Sagalés number 709 that goes to Canet de Fals (retreat center). You can contact Mindful Living Retreats regarding the bus schedule.
