The daily workshop will take place at Heartsease Mansion, where you may stay in one of its six suites. You may also choose to stay at Bali House, with a 15 to 20 minute scenic drive to the workshop space. Unique to this retreat are the accommodations at two different gorgeous estates: Heartsease Mansion, Bali House. Each with its own distinctive character and design, these spaces all have an air of harmony and superior comfort and will transport you to the exotic experience of your choosing.

Heartsease mansion, West Park, New York

The Mindful Mosaic workshop will be held daily at Heartsease, a unique and designated historic estate overlooking the Hudson River. The interior design is soft, airy, and relaxing and the restored historic details make it a warm and inviting retreat for families and friends. Heartsease is a fully historically renovated estate with added spa style appeal and fully landscaped gardens and intimate vineyards.

This mansion offers limited single rooms with customized massage on the premises. The master bedroom with a king sized bed, separate living room, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and chakra relaxation kit. There is also the Heartsease shared bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom. All five of the bedrooms feature very comfortable king-sized beds, some have 'non-usable' fireplaces, and all have river or garden and pond views. All five have attached modern bathrooms. There are hand painted murals in some of the bedrooms as well as unique and hand-picked furniture.

Bali house, Rosendale, New York

Enveloped by seven and a half acres of woodland, private pond, and grassy pasture, Bali house will lull you into its haven. Luxurious in detail with a fireplace, deep tub, lofted ceilings, and separate cottage, the architecture and style will take you away. This place offers limited single rooms. There is also the guest cottage double with queen and king sized beds. The loft single which has a queen sized bed, and a master double with a queen sized bed.

    Nicole Glassman is a holistic nutritionist, blogger, public speaker, founder of Mindful Health and creator of the Mindful Mosaic Program. She has hosted numerous workshops and retreats that empower people to live with passion and purpose.

The Hudson Valley extends 150 miles above the tip of Manhattan. Designated as a National Heritage Area, the valley is steeped in history, natural beauty, culture, and a burgeoning food and farmer’s market scene. Home to some of America's most visited sites, this region has everything from sweeping rivers and majestic valleys to quiet farms and little towns. It’s the oldest wine producing area in the country, and the magnificent scenery has inspired artists from around the world. The Mindful Mosaic workshop will be held daily at Heartsease mansion, a unique and designated historic estate overlooking the Hudson River.

You will be served all organic, farm-to-table meals and two snacks daily. You are responsible for notifying Mindful Health of any food allergies or other allergies related to normal food preparation prior to the retreat.
