Coming from a professional athletic background, movement and intense exercise has always been in Maria’s life. Yoga came into her path completely by chance and has not left since. What started as a habit transitioned into daily practice and now as well teaching.Having completed the Yoga Alliance Intl. 200 hr YTT in 2016, she has been teaching in Yoga Studios in Athens and Amsterdam, SUP yoga, and yoga on the beach, supporting local NGOs. Respecting the physical body, the instructions always keep in focus the human anatomy.
Natasha is an academic in computer science and also a dedicated meditator since 2004. In 2011, she took part in the mindfulness teachers certification programme at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). There she was introduced to Vipassana/insight meditation and was certified as mindfulness facilitator by the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center (MARC) from the same university. Since then she has taught mindfulness meditation in big organizations such as the European Union, Merck pharmaceutical, Copenhagen Business School, and Brunel University.
