Accommodation

You will be staying at Finca Siesta. The Finca is a beautiful villa close to Marbella and Estepona. It is five minutes from the beach. Accommodation will be based on two persons sharing a room with their own private bathroom and kitchenette.

​%You will enjoy expert-led yoga classes in the morning with the beautiful views of the horses and the Andalusian mountain dropback, then you will ​have your workshops and a chill out by the swimming pool. Lunch will be prepared by the nutritionist expert and then you will practice some yoga with the horses. If you feel brave, feel free to do some yoga postures on the horses. Feel the connection with them and the surroundings. You will go on to have a delicious, healthy dinner and time to chat about the day, followed by a bedtime meditation session led by Anna.

Things to do in Andalusia

​%The Costa del Sol is best known for its numerous golf courses and all the international golf tournaments that take place here. Maybe not so well known for the ski resort of Sierra Nevada for a large part of the year. How about skiing in the morning and sunbathing and swimming in the afternoon? Other sports include water sports and tennis.

If you are more interested in cultural events, you can visit several museums, including the Picasso Museum in Malaga or attend to one of the many theatre plays and concerts that are given on the coast.

​Excursions can be made by car over the day are Gibraltar (45 minutes), Tarifa (1 hour), Ronda (1 hour), Malaga (1 hour), Jerez (1.5 hours), Cadiz (2 hours), Sevilla (2 hours) and Sierra Nevada (2 hours). Even a shopping trip to Tanger in Morocco can be done in one day. The bus stop is walking distance from the villa. The bus will take you to most places along the Costa del Sol, for example to Estepona, Marbella or Puerto Banus and it is not very expensive to hire a cab or rent a car in Spain if you wish to go on your own excursions.

​%The center itself is in peaceful and country like surrounding, yet close to the jet set life of the Costa Del Sol. The beach, a number of restaurants, and a food store is walking distance away. There are beautiful rural paths bordered by fruit tress around the Farm.
