MindBody YOGA teaches about the whole yogic science, asanas, pranayama, meditation, visualization, affirmations, mantra, and the chakra system via classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training.
Tracy has been studying yoga since 2000. She is passionate about yoga that makes her passionate about teaching yoga. For Tracy, yoga is a science, it is an inner science of balance. It is about paying attention and finding the parts of yourself that are out of sync then using the appropriate yogic practice to bring yourself back to center. The practice brings a lightness of being, helping you feel more whole, revitalized, and clear in mind. After a lot of study and experimentation, she has have fallen in love with both the Ashtanga and Yin systems of yoga, which are complementary practices.
