Tracy has been studying yoga since 2000. She is passionate about yoga that makes her passionate about teaching yoga. For Tracy, yoga is a science, it is an inner science of balance. It is about paying attention and finding the parts of yourself that are out of sync then using the appropriate yogic practice to bring yourself back to center. The practice brings a lightness of being, helping you feel more whole, revitalized, and clear in mind. After a lot of study and experimentation, she has have fallen in love with both the Ashtanga and Yin systems of yoga, which are complementary practices.

    I have been attending the MindBody YOGA monthly chakra yoga classes for over a year now and have found it to be incredibly beneficial, interesting, and not to mention fun! Tracy teaches and links the theory and the physical practice so beautifully, she has a way of explaining the theories in a way that resonates with the people she teaches.     I go to Tracy's class on Monday evenings. I had my first ever yoga class with her and am so glad it was her! She's a fantastic teacher: understanding, caring, and fun, and it doesn't matter if you're beginner or advanced as she always gives you options depending on your level.
