Yulia is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT Yoga- and Meditation teacher, offering mindful Yoga sequences and guided meditation. She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach supporting people to create a more balanced and joyful life! Yulia enjoys creating classes for her students to reconnect with themselves and deeply recharge. She feels passionate about guided meditations to release old belief systems and create positive, new thought patterns.Yulia is trained in Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Yoga Nidra Meditation.

This retreat will take place in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. Banff national park is a beautiful area in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It is home to amazing wildlife, multiple ski hills, serene hiking trails and lakes.
