This four-day-three-night retreat is all about you. Let go of your current life and join the Mind Shift Yoga, Wellness, and Retreat. They facilitate a mind shift for your mind, body, and soul. Rejuvenating your body. Revitalizing your mind. Allowing you to reconnect with your soul! Experience soulful meditations, insightful yoga wisdom teachings, and incredible relaxation at the Hartland, WI bed and breakfast retreat center.
The residence is uniquely designed to offer plenty of meditation space while having large common areas for mingling.
There are two private suites on the upper level, each offering breakfast served in the suite. The Master suite offers a sunken tub and expansive views of the conservancy. The second suite offers a garden view and has a seating area with an electric fireplace.
The yoga/training floor offers a shared bathroom with three separate bedroom areas. One offers a private bed space, and the other offers twin beds, but two non-related parties may book.
There is a min-spa featuring an infrared sauna, full-body red-light therapy, pulsed-electromagnetic frequency mats, dead sea salt detox foot baths, foot & hand moisturizing treatments, & dry brushing & lymphatic/meridian massage tutorials

Therapeutic Sessions: On the lowest level of the retreat center, you can take advantage of the infrared sauna, chrono-light therapy, pulsed electromagnetic frequency sessions, full-body red Light therapy, Moisturizing hand and foot treatments, dry brushing, and lymphatic/meridian tutorials. Daneen is a certified 800 RYT and most recently received her 300 RYT in Yoga Therapy from Rishikesh, India. Her passion is to enlighten her students with the knowledge of how the body works best and allow each person to create their own wellness plan. Balance is the underlying theme in her mental, emotional, physical and spiritual teachings. Her students find her fun and supportive.
The Mind Shift Conservancy Bed and Breakfast is just 90 minutes northwest of Chicago and 30 miles west of Milwaukee. The residence is uniquely designed to offer plenty of meditation space while having large common areas for mingling. Numerous dining, shopping, hiking, horseback riding, and lake activities are just minutes away.
Full breakfast is included with each night of stay. A catered dinner or lunch from a local venue will be provided as designated by the itinerary. Evening snack offered at fire meditation. Primarily dinner will be on the client's own. The kitchen will allow clients to prepare/warm their outside-purchased food. There are numerous dining opportunities within 1 - 5 miles of the retreat.
