Daneen is a certified 800 RYT with Yoga Alliance and most recently received her 300 RYT in Yoga Therapy from Rishikesh, India. Her passion is to enlighten her students with the knowledge of how the body works best and allow each person to create their own wellness plan. Balance is the underlying theme in her mental, emotional, physical and spiritual teachings. Her students find her fun and supportive.
