On Bioporos Organic Farm, next to the Korission Lake, lie two beautiful houses traditionally designed and decorated, embodying the rural and traditional philosophy of the farm and the island of Corfu.
Carefully handcrafted wooden furniture gives a peaceful traditional Greek feel to the two-story houses whose living rooms and kitchens are downstairs and bedrooms upstairs with breathtaking views of the lake and the farm. The unique, artsy style of the houses makes them look as if they’re from a Van Gogh painting!

This five-day Positive Self-transformation Retreat is designed around three key practices:
In meditation, you'll be given cognitive behavioral and positive psychology-based guidance to work with your own mind - to learn to observe your thoughts and feelings from the inside out, to cultivate non-judgmental/mindful awareness of yourself, to connect deeply with your inner voice and intuition, to develop stronger psychological and emotional resilience, and to explore what it means to take care of yourself and flourish.

Korission Lake is the largest lagoon in Corfu, it’s an invaluable ecological and archaeological treasure that has been left untouched by human activities. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the area, admire its natural beauty, observe many species of birds (hawks, eagles, herons, and flamingoes!), and wander through the Mediterranean cedar forest of Chalikounas while you discover paths that will lead you to stunning golden beaches and breathtaking sunsets.

Finally, you can choose to either step into the outdoor shower or jump into the lake!

Juggling Vinyasa is led by Jill, the founder of CircusAid, an international charity that provides relief from mental anguish while helping build resilience through engagement in circus arts to refugees living in Europe. Jill creatively combines the movements of yoga with circus arts such as juggling and invites people to experience a ‘flow’ state in her Juggling Vinyasa classes, which is an excellent form of meditation that enables connections to occur between the more logical (left) and emotional (right) hemispheres of the brain. Coordination and bimanual hand use are strengthened through repetition and practice of specific motor skills. Participants will increase their physical and cognitive wellness while learning tricks to entertain their family and friends!

Danai is a psychotherapist, yoga and meditation instructor from Greece. In search of a more peaceful mind, she traveled across Europe into the majestic landscapes of Finland, where she discovered her true passion - fluid body movements through yoga and dancing. Combining her psychology background with her certification in Vinyasa yoga and guided meditation, she guides people through their individual paths of self-acceptance, transformation, overcoming of past trauma and better communication with their subconscious mind and inner voice.
Landy is a certified Vinyasa and meditation teacher. She has a natural gift of listening in order to understand people on a deeper level and applies effortlessly her understanding and empathy to her teaching or as she prefers to call it, guided self-healing through meditation, pranayama, yoga and yoga therapy. She integrates her love for poetry, art and oriental philosophy, and medicine into her teaching and has been a part of many people's positive self-transformation and journeys to happier and more fulfilling lives.
Nefeli is an amazing Vinyasa & Hatha yoga instructor based in Germany, who is also a thriving architect specialised in sustainable social buildings. She believes firmly in the healing power of yoga and meditation, and focuses especially on the flow of energy in our bodies in her teaching. Her classes are filled with carefully crafted flows, dynamic body movements, calming breathing exercises and hands-on adjustments to help students with alignment and integrity of their practices. She invites people to infuse their life with more positivity, kindness and joy, because why not?
Claudia is a mathematician & statistician turned full-time yogi. She’s certified in both Yin yoga and Yoga therapy, while studying extensively Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture. Her passion for understanding the intricacies of the human body especially its self-healing power guided her to discover a unique approach of teaching—she helps students to deepen and expand their practices through activating specific acupressure points in the body. She believes there’s infinite power held in our body, and we just need to learn to use the right key to unleash it.
Jill is the founder of CircusAid, an international charity that provides circus as a form of occupational therapy to political and environmental refugees in Europe. She has been teaching and performing hula hooping and fire dancing for the last 15 years. She completed her yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2013. Jill creatively combines the movements of yoga with circus arts such as juggling and invites people to experience a ‘flow’ state in her Juggling Vinyasa classes--- an excellent form of meditation in itself.

Please book your flight to arrive at Corfu International Airport (CFU). The retreat venue is located about 22 kilometers from the airport.
If you arrive by bus, take the public Green Bus of Corfu Island, lines B1, B6 or B12, to arrive at Bus Stop Alevropari, where Mind's Garden will be waiting for you to pick you up and take you to the farm. The Green Bus Station is about 15 minute-walk from Corfu International Airport and it should be easy for you to get there either on foot or by taxi. Please let Mind's Garden know in advance your estimated time of arrival at Alevropari Bus Stop so they can be there on time to greet you.
