One of the most profound lessons the Coronavirus pandemic has taught us is the importance of connection. Material things don’t actually matter as much as we once thought they were, and what’s absolutely essential to the human experience is being able to connect with others, physically, emotionally, spiritually, or energetically. Things that don’t typically leave a mark on our heart become the very things we miss the most - a smile of a baby on the bus, the smell of freshly baked bread in the farmer’s market, chatting to a stranger in a bar and “Hello” from the homeless guy on the street. When the pandemic fades away and leaves many of us mentally fragile, it’s time to ask ourselves, how can we learn to live our lives with deeper awareness, positivity, and inner peace? How can we connect with each other in a more meaningful way? How can we look after ourselves better and kinder? Moreover, how can we love our Mother Nature more and cherish its beauty and abundance?
This beautiful 5-day retreat is a perfect opportunity for you to connect with yourself better by learning how your mind works and how to make it work better for (not against) you; to meet and evolve with like-minded people from around the globe and learn from each other’s stories, experiences, and perspectives; to deeply destress, detox, and renew your body and soul; and to grow deeper awareness of our inner and outer world, especially Mother Nature. What’s more, this retreat invites you to dive deep within to find your inner compass and learn how to use it effectively to wipe out old, negative self-beliefs and rewire your mind towards a happier, healthier and more abundant life. When your inner world changes, your outer world starts to mirror that new inner world and your mind will do everything it can to help you achieve that vision.
This 5-day positive transformation program is designed around four key practices:
In the guided meditation program, you'll be given psychoanalysis and positive psychology-based guidance, hypnotic exercises, and powerful mind control techniques to work with your own mind and communicate with it effectively; to observe your thoughts and feelings from the inside out and cultivate non-judgmental and mindful awareness of yourself; to connect deeply with your inner voice and intuition and develop stronger mental and emotional resilience, and to learn how to truly relax your body and mind and blossom into the grandest vision you have for yourself. The sessions will be conducted with the assistance of aromatherapy and candlelight, creating a magical ambiance that will help you to arrive into deep relaxation, wonderful peace, and blissful stillness.
In yoga practices, you'll learn different styles of practice including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Rocket, Power and Traditional Balinese Watukaru yoga, to help you develop greater bod,y awareness, learn to listen to your body, supercharge your practice with the concept of neuroplasticity and flow effortlessly into stillness and inner harmony in order to experience the truth of who you are.
In meditation practices, you will practice various techniques such as mindfulness, silent, Tibetan Tonglen, staring, hugging, and dancing meditation. These practices give meditation beginners a great chance to kickstart their individual practices and experienced practitioners a wonderful opportunity to learn other techniques of practice. You’ll make many new discoveries about yourself and open up to new perspectives and beliefs that will powerfully transform your mindset.
In breathwork practices, you’ll be guided through different techniques of Pranayama and learn to harness the phenomenal power of your own breath; to release emotional blockages and trauma; to reverse the "fight-or-flight" response and deeply relax every cell in your body, and to feel perfectly safe and grounded in the present moment using the breath as your anchor.
Whether you're a complete beginner in meditation or yoga, you have been practicing for some time, or you're an experienced meditation or yoga teacher, this Positive Transformation Program will empower you with profound knowledge, wisdom and a fresh perspective on yourself. You and only you, hold the key to positive self-transformation in your own hand and it is your responsibility to turn that key. And all you have to do is to learn to truly let go and believe in yourself during this extraordinary journey.
Remember that you may have different experiences from others, but you are not alone in how you feel. You’re not responsible for the negative things that happened to you, but you’re 100% responsible for healing and rising from them. During this process, learn to let others in. Take one step at a time. Pace yourself. Ask for help when needed. Experienced teachers from Mind’s Garden will be right there to help you at every stage of this transformative journey.
Now you might be wondering, is this all that this program offers? Of course not! In addition to the key practices mentioned above, you'll enjoy awesome activities to connect better with our Mother Nature such as a guided farm tour upon arrival, during which the Azula team will show you all of the amazing projects they are working on, their permaculture gardens, off-the-grid mud houses, organic veggie patches, hand-built traditional clay ovens, heart-melting farm animals, and stunning hills and lakes all around the farm. There will be an organic gardening and permaculture workshop, during which you’ll learn how to grow your own vegetables and herbs in your garden or balcony, and there will also be a special ceremony to honor Mother Nature and each of you will plant your very own tree Also, a DIY Pizza night, during which you’ll pick vegetables straight from the garden and make vegetarian or vegan pizzas with a traditional clay oven and a natural building workshop, during which you’ll learn how to build 100% eco-friendly houses with materials from nature such as mud.
Furthermore, you will also take part in soul-nourishing workshops such as the oracle deck and creative visualization workshop, during which you’ll understand yourself better, connect deeper with your authentic self, and learn how to visualize and manifest the life you truly deserve; the holistic health coaching workshop on the beach, during which you’ll learn how to balance your yin and yang energy and live more consciously, mindfully and healthier; Feng Shui for your inner and outer world workshop, during which you’ll learn how to apply Feng Shui or rather, the quantum physics of your home environment, as a unique method of aligning your inner (your mind) and outer energy field (your home) so that quick and effective manifestations can take place in your life; mindfulness and self-love as a lifelong discipline workshop, during which you’ll get a deeper understanding of mindfulness and learn to combine it with the practice of self-love to live a more balanced and fulfilled life; and the super popular face yoga and Gua Sha workshop, during which you’ll learn amazing face yoga techniques and Gua Sha, aka scraping therapy, to add extra glow and radiance to your skin!
