Danai is a psychotherapist, yoga and meditation instructor from Greece. In search of a more peaceful mind, she traveled across Europe into the majestic landscapes of Finland, where she discovered her true passion - fluid body movements through yoga and dancing. Combining her psychology background with her certification in Vinyasa yoga and guided meditation, she guides people through their individual paths of self-acceptance, transformation, overcoming of past trauma and better communication with their subconscious mind and inner voice.
Landy is a certified Vinyasa and meditation teacher. She has a natural gift of listening in order to understand people on a deeper level and applies effortlessly her understanding and empathy to her teaching or as she prefers to call it, guided self-healing through meditation, pranayama, yoga and yoga therapy. She integrates her love for poetry, art and oriental philosophy, and medicine into her teaching and has been a part of many people's positive self-transformation and journeys to happier and more fulfilling lives.
Claudia is a mathematician & statistician turned full-time yogi. She’s certified in both Yin yoga and Yoga therapy, while studying extensively Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture. Her passion for understanding the intricacies of the human body especially its self-healing power guided her to discover a unique approach of teaching—she helps students to deepen and expand their practices through activating specific acupressure points in the body. She believes there’s infinite power held in our body, and we just need to learn to use the right key to unleash it.
Gede Arya started studying Traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga and Meditation at the age of 17, in 1993. He is a disciple of the ninth generation of Perguruan Seruling Dewata in Bali. He specialises in the Watukaru Yoga tradition of Perguruan Seruling Dewata--- the only Ashram in the world that preserves TBW Yoga; Balinese meditation; Tai Chi and Pencak Silat Martial Arts. He's been a Marital Arts master for the past 30 years. He dedicates his life's work to conserving the practices of ancient Balinese Watukaru Yoga & Meditaiton, Chakra opening, Tai Chi and Pencak Silat Martial Arts.
Krishna is a Traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga and meditation teacher. She's been studying and teaching Balinese Yoga, meditation, pranayama and charka opening for the past ten years. Her hands-on approach, passion for teaching and loving smiles are mind-blowing and will certainly help you deepen your yoga and meditation practice. She's the kindest, most fun, and passionate teacher and friend you'll ever meet!
Nikolay is a Spain-based mental health and veganism advocate, yoga philosophy teacher and alchemist. From a very young age, he has been well versed in fields of Physics, Psychology, Theology, Mycology and the Alchemical Arts. His insights into self-knowledge and self-mastery through understanding “I” and the “Universe” are eye-opening and has helped many of his workshop participants to gain clarity on their individual paths and truths.
Cristian discovered permaculture in 2012 and has since developed a passion for its practicality and beauty. Now with a 16 hectare land he's doing his best to exploit the site's potential and resources to produce delicious and healthy food. He believes farming creates a stronger relationship towards one's food and even strengthen oneself physically by working consciously and with the right techniques. Besides taking care of the planting and gardening of the project, he is a passionate surfer and opened a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in São Luis.
Christina is a London based yoga teacher and a holistic health coach. She has qualified in Rocket Yoga and teaches Rocket, Vinyasa, Power and Hot Yoga. Valuing both the internal and external benefits of the ancient practice, Christina promotes balance throughout her classes and sees yoga as a way to not only align, lengthen and strengthen the body but also to calm, restore and relax the mind. Christina has a wonderful sense of rhythm which she has taken from her dancing background and draws on her knowledge of anatomy and alignment as well as mindfulness and breath work throughout her classes.
From a rice farmer and wife who worked over twelve hours in the rice paddies every single day in addition to taking care of a family of six, Dewi transformed her life by studying English and the practice of yoga. Now, she not only manages Balitrees, but teaches Traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga to both western guests and women and children from her local community. She believes Yoga is a way of life that can lead us to find more peace and joy from within ourselves. When in a class, she teaches with her heart and soul, giving all of her love, warmth and authenticity to her students.

Such a well-organised, beautiful retreat. Amazing women, incredible food and lots of love. There was a welcoming atmosphere that allowed us all to grow and explore how we felt. Thank you Mind’s Garden for the glorious time!

"Restful invigorating growth-promoting break from life"
The teachers walked the walk. They inspired me and continue to do so. It was obvious that they were ALL IN, believed in themselves and their work. They helped us push our boundaries, explore ourselves, learn... and we found FUN, JOY, and FRIENDSHIP.
The food was both scrumptious and healthy!
The accommodations were nurturing and comfortable.
All those working at the farm retreat were kind, loving, easy going people.
It was kind of amazing that a group of strangers from across the world, different ages and gender, could connect, find common ground, and enjoy spending 5 days together. The teachers created the "container", the safe place that this could happen in.
I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed the set schedule that was thoughtfully created. I enjoyed the dynamic classes; courses that engage creativity, the mind, the body and the spirit. I enjoyed the feminine energy; in the sense that each person was given an opportunity and a challenge to share their process with an unwavering holding of space from
the group leaders. I enjoyed the coziness and authenticity of the venue, the nature and the lucious fruit. It was like a dreamland. Well done, ladies!

"Life changing 5 day yoga and meditation retreat"
The location of this retreat, amongst the rice paddies in a small Balinese village is just beautiful!
The program provided by the instructor, food, transportation and traditional accommodation provided by the retreat cannot be faulted.
This is not just a retreat, but a family opening up their hearts and home to us as their guest.
Landy, Dewi and the retreat staff are incredible.
It was incredibly sad to leave and I am a better person for meeting them.
The yoga and meditation program and personal interaction with each one of us was uniquely special and I will forever be grateful.
I will return!

"A little oasis that will definitely get you back in gear!"
I'm so very glad I took the chance and booked this retreat. This is as authentic as a retreat can get. Great for the body, mind and soul, Landy was absolutely fantastic in taking care of us, 5 stars to her. I loved waking up to a recharging yoga practice then a tasty nutritious tasty breakfast followed. I loved that the retreat venue works together with their local community and I got to met and learn about the community and culture- big 5 star for that element. All in all, I highly recommend it. I had done a lot of research on yoga retreats available and this by far came on top and it certainly delivered.
