Yin Yoga helped Joyce recover from her whiplash complaints and PTSD after a car accident. Neck problems, an organ of balance that was out of balance, and anxiety completely knocked her over. She was concerned about the recovery because there are people who suffer from whiplash complaints forever. She didn't want to be in pain for the rest of her life. During rehabilitation, she came into contact with Yin yoga. She now has her own yoga school and she trains coaches, trainers, and therapists in Yin yoga, fascia therapy, and breath-work.
