There are several lake front cabins available with different options including king, queen and full sized beds.

Program

You can choose not to participate in specific activities. However, there will not be any fee reduction. Start times are approximate as you want your days to flow and adapt to the group as needed.

This retreat is suitable for all women who are interested in learning and experiencing a healthy lifestyle. You will learn ways to continue the practice at home; in the kitchen, on the mat, and in the world.

Instructors

Shannon Jamail
Shannon is a therapist turned coach leading heart-centered retreats around the globe. Having a degree in business as well as a masters in behavioral science, in addition to her yoga and mediation certificates, along with over two decades of working with individuals in career and self-growth, she is able to aid individuals to a complete mind & body approach of health, peace, and prosperity. She lives in Southern California with her family and loves spending time in nature, or enjoying a glass of wine (quite possibly both at the same time).

Retreat location

This retreat will take place in Big Bear, California, USA.

Food

Breakfasts and dinners and wine with dinner is provided. Lunch is on your own; it is recommended for you to check out some of the fabulous restaurants in town or you can enjoy the snacks provided.

The foods are ranging from chef prepared farm to table meals. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals can be accommodated. If you have specific diet restrictions, let Mind & Body Complete know ahead of time, so they can prepare meals to accommodate those needs.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date.
