This retreat is designed to heal and rejuvenate the mind and body. This is a comprehensive program for women that introduces a way of living which leads to a new way of thinking, performing, and feeling, allowing women to gain energy, and feel incredible and sexy, while having fun and creating incredible connections. You may choose to spend the nights in a shared room with 8 bunk beds or in a single room with queen bed. The rooms and bathrooms are designed to be shared, so be prepared to get to know someone and be cozy with others.

You can choose not to participate in specific activities. However, there will not be any fee reduction. Start times are approximate as you want your days to flow and adapt to the group as needed.

This retreat is suitable for all women who are interested in learning and experiencing a healthy lifestyle. You will learn ways to continue the practice at home; in the kitchen, on the mat, and in the world.

    She currently works to help build wealthy and healthy lives through different programs such as coaching, workshops and retreats. Shannon has a business degree, a master in Mental Health and Nutrition from Cornell University as well as certifications in yoga, meditation and cross training. Her experience from working with thousands of women gives her more education. She also loves to oil paint, paddle board, drink wine and is blessed with four amazing children, as well as a beautiful daughter in law and lives in Southern California with her family.

This retreat will take place in Big Bear, California, USA.

Breakfasts and dinners and wine with dinner is provided. Lunch is on your own; it is recommended for you to check out some of the fabulous restaurants in town or you can enjoy the snacks provided.

The foods are ranging from chef prepared farm to table meals. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals can be accommodated. If you have specific diet restrictions, let Mind & Body Complete know ahead of time, so they can prepare meals to accommodate those needs.

    "Just got home from a relaxing yet invigorating four days up in the Central Coast. It was the perfect combination of work for my body and for my mind. The yoga and meditation classes were such a treat each day. The location was perfect, so peaceful and tranquil. My morning walks were sur-rounded by golden hills, beautiful sky’s and an an abundance of nature (I’ve never been so close to so many deer!) I met some incredible women who’s stories touched my heart and inspired me. I not only learned to meditative this weekend but also found out that i really enjoy it. The daily yoga and cross training workouts were awesome and just what my body needed. I found the workshops on nutrition, stress, reduction, etc. to be very helpful and i’m looking forward to incorporating what i learned into my daily life and relationships. The food was Incredible, every meal was delicious. The whole retreat was amazing. This morning i woke up at home and this is going to sound silly, but i truly felt like i was looking at things through rose coloured glasses. All of the discussions on kindness and loving yourself and planting good seeds in your daily interactions has given me a much needed refreshed perspective on all things. I highly recommended checking out a Mind and Body Complete retreat!"
