"Yoga - Wine Retreat in Destin, FL"

Location, accommodations, workshops, yoga sessions and schedule were perfect to re-charge with a diverse group of smart and intelligent women. Shannon is a wonderful, patient and talented leader who relates well to all types of personalities; I especially was grateful when she shared something personal as it helps bond with others. Melissa is one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had. I loved her readings and encouragement. I will attend another retreat, a true sign of its success.

"Great reset get away."

Last weekend I went on a retreat with 15 strangers and I returned with 15 new friends. We had such an enriching experience with Shannon. She thought of every fine detail - it was a little bit of everything: yoga, yummy food, wine, good company, spirituality, gorgeous scenery, relaxation and meditation, challenging workouts, laughter and self-improvement workshops. I returned feeling recharged, with a new sense of self, gratitude and contentment. I highly recommend this retreat!
