Shannon is a therapist turned coach leading heart-centered retreats around the globe. Having a degree in business as well as a masters in behavioral science, in addition to her yoga and mediation certificates, along with over two decades of working with individuals in career and self-growth, she is able to aid individuals to a complete mind and body approach of health, peace, and prosperity. She lives in Southern California with her family and loves spending time in nature, or enjoying a glass of wine (quite possibly both at the same time).
Kim DeMoss is a retreat leader and certified trauma-informed yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga all around the world with emphasis on special demographics and groups. Her mission is to help women create a routine and mindset that feels authentic, purposeful, and practical. She finds complete joy in sharing ways to heal the mind, body, and soul through yoga, mindfulness, and specialized wellness practices.
