Lorna Yogini Bear is a certified level 3 yoga instructor with a wealth of experience and over the last 2 decades has not only practiced and lived a yogic lifestyle but sought to gain the qualifications to enable her to share the beautiful and life-changing effects yoga and mediation can bring. What started as a desire to help people help themselves has developed into life-promoting health and wellbeing with passion. Yogini Bear brings a unique take on how yoga, mindfulness, and mediation translate into the 21st century using traditional and modern techniques combined.
