3 Days Wild Heart Women Circle, Soundbath, Dance, and Yoga Retreat in Ontario, Canada

The Luna Project, 625 Sager Rd, Troy, ON L0R 2B0, Canada

Women Yoga Retreat Canada

You'll remind yourselves of the innate fierce power within whilst cultivating a nurturing relationship to your whole selves and your fellow divine woman. Mandy and Tasha have designed this retreat with intention steeped in empowerment. Each active (external) and passive (internal) activity has a role in cultivating acceptance, love, and surrender. This weekend is meant to be an intensive experience, where we will disconnect from Chronos (clock time) and explore time in nature, women’s circles, sound healing, yoga, meditation, fire ceremony, ecstatic dance, as well as in free time for reflection and self-connection. Alongside your daily activities, all meals will be beautifully crafted for you. These nutrients rich plant-based meals will play an important role in fueling your body and mind along with your workshops and classes. Please join Meyoga this autumn, and come together as women in the community. It is time to let yourself be seen, heard, loved and embraced. Let your divine feminine rise, and together we will uplift each other, opening into our wild, boundless hearts!

Check-in Time:
Check-out Time:

Guests have three options for retreat accommodations, 1 yurt with twin beds (maximum two students), rustic living tents or staycation distance learning (no cost!). Meyoga recommends staying onsite if possible to absorb the most from the retreat days.

The site is completely eco-friendly with an outdoor shower (heated) and outdoor washroom facilities. So if this level of intimacy with nature isn't best for you, the Staycation Distance Learning or Yurt will be an option.

Rustic Living Tenting

These are completely waterproof and breathable vinyl tents equipt with a Thermarest and sleeping bag. You won't have to share your space with anyone except for the intimate sounds of nature around you.

Off The Beaten Path Yurt

This yurt is glamping at it's coziest! Enjoy a weekend in nature, with a little more comfort. There is (1) yurt with two twin beds. You can be paired with a roommate or entice a friend to join you (save $75).

Upon arrival, you will receive a rune or oracle reading for Tasha for your weekend! After your first dinner, you will do an opening ceremony, setting the foundation for the connectivity of your retreat plus a Restorative yoga class to settle you in!

Restorative yoga and crystal singing bowl sound bath

A journey with intention, ease, freedom, and sound. You will move through a yoga practice that reconnects the mind to the body and heart, weaving new understanding and acceptance as you surrender to each fully supported posture.

Let the power of sound wash through you, invoking releasing and encouraging a lightness within the mind, body, and spirit.

Women's circle

A time in nurturing a community where we uplift each other, letting the old stories of our lives fall away in the process. Women among women, returning to our source as divine beings of love, compassion, and creation.

Ecstatic dance and fire ceremony

Meet yourself with deep intention cultivation and then move it through the body. Guided by the powerful tones of carefully selected music and Tasha's Earth-shattering vocals, to bring you into a state of union with yourself.

You will return to your primordial goddess-like nature freeing the wild heart and any restrictions you may have placed upon yourselves in your lives. Accessible to all.

Nature reconnect

Explore the pristine beauty of the Luna Project grounds during free time with the encouragement to welcome nature as your reflective teacher. Leaving behind the technology of the world so you may step into letting go of low vibrations and the storylines that accompany them.

This retreat goes a little longer than most typical yoga retreats, so you'll receive an extra yoga class and a full closing ceremony!
